GRAND CAYMAN, 19 January 2023 - - Cayman Capital Trust Corporation Ltd. (CSX: CNC) KY (“CNC”) announced that, for personal reasons, Mr. Erol Babayigit has resigned from his position as President and as a Director of Cayman Capital Trust Securities Ltd. (“CNS”), a wholly owned subsidiary of CNC, effective October 31, 2022. Mr. Babayigit agreed to remain to work with CNS on several client matters until the end of January, 2023.
