GRAND CAYMAN, October 11, 2023 - - Cayman Capital Trust Corporation Ltd. (CSX: CNC) KY (“CNC”) is pleased to announced that Executive Vice Presidents (each, an “EVP”) have been appointed as officers of CNC.

Mr. Ryan Bahadur, Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as the EVP with responsibility for operations, human resources, risk and compliance of the group’s subsidiary banks, trust companies, fund administrator and securities brokerage.

Mr. Brian Esau has been appointed as the EVP with responsibility for Premier banking, branch banking, credit, and marketing.

Mr. Ravi Mykoo has been appointed as the EVP with responsibility for Cayman Capital Trust Securities and Cayman Capital Trust Fund Services, and the data management center.

Mr. Billy Pennington, Chief Information Officer & Digital Channels, has been appointed as the EVP with responsibility for information technology, information security, electronic banking channels, cards services, and project management.

Mr. Ian Whan Tong, Group Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary, has been appointed as the EVP with responsibility for legal affairs, corporate secretariat, data governance and protection, and property.
